Design Your Summer
The ADHD Coaching Session, where we plan out your summer so it is productive, fun and purposeful.
In this coaching session we will:
1) Set a goal for your summer that gives you a mission and a direction. No blah's or restlessness because of unstructured time for you!
2) Include the elements of summer that are fun and meaningful to you. Being mindful of the season allows you to enjoy life right now. No more feeling that your life is passing you by.
3) Create a plan that feels do-able for you. You will feel empowered and ready to take action.
